Diarmuid's Junior team (u15) in Sligo Grammar School recently won the Connacht Cup - this follows from their great victory in the league earlier in the school year. They met Marist College in the final again and proved that their first victory wasn't a fluke. A great tense match - Diarmy had a fine game - lots of plaudits in the papers, playing in the second row.
Well Diarmuid has another Connacht Cup final tomorrow - this time with his Club Under 14 side against Monivea. They won the u13 title last year and with any luck they'll add to it tomorrow.
(BTW They had their semi final last week against Westport and Diarmuid got written up as 'Man of the Match').
